Violence Reported From West Bengal  Kolkata’s Mominpore

It was on Sunday 9 Oct, The Hindu Community geared up to celebrate the annual Lakshmi Puja. They all came under the attack. Bikes and Shops were torched and vandalised. These videos are accessed by us through social media but various news channels confirmed the video. Now we will dive into the reasons behind the clash. Long story short, Violence broke out just because there was rumour that flag deemed to be nabi’s or muslim flag was torn apart and kicked. It was circulated and call was given for reaction. Both the community were celebrating their festive day. Hindus came under  the attack from those radical islamist.

Ekbalpur Police station seems also to be captured by the holigans and police abandoned the station out of fear. Police could have acted decisively but locals claiming that police was just a mute spectators.
